Field of cosaque oats

Winter Oats

Winter oats have better cold tolerance compared to spring oats and are often more productive in the spring than they are in the fall. They have impressively wide leaves and a large crown resulting in strong weed suppression and traffic tolerance. Mixes well with other winter annuals, such as crimson clover and hairy vetch or ryegrass.
