Dee was born and raised in Northwest Georgia. She has been fortunate to live in many parts of the country from the Seattle, Washington area, to Northern Michigan, as well as in the Southeast. She is a QuickBooks expert and has worked many years in Office Administration and Accounting. She also helps new businesses set up bookkeeping and QuickBooks through Artios Accounting, her own small business. She’s spent the last decade working with Habitat for Humanity of Rome and Floyd County as the Executive Director’s Assistant and Financial Coordinator for the non-profit. The desire to help others reach their full potential is very important and continues to be a priority for Dee. She joins Southeast AgriSeeds in 2022 as part of the Accounting team, with the desire to educate herself about seeds and farming and to assist farmers to be successful in any way she can. She has a deeply ingrained belief in bettering herself by serving others. By being a committed part of the Southeast AgriSeeds team, she believes she can help farmers and strengthen the community.
